In the last round of regular part of EBEL League, we have third place runners-up Red Bull Salzburg and Medvescak on the second place.
It is the match where future of second and third place will be determined, because difference between this two teams is only one point. For this spectacle we can count on funs in Arena, and traditionaly they will come in large numbers, as usually.
Red Bull in this season scored two victories against Medveščak, and those victories were on home ground. (6:4 and 6:2). Medvescak scored victory on it s home ice with 5:0.
Salzburg is the best team in entire league for playing with one less player in the field., with 87 % of success, while Medvescak is the first team in league for PP with 24,84 % of success.
But in the Arena for the last five matches this average is much lesser then usually, they actually scored 3 goals for 54 minutes of advantage.
There is a chance that canadian goalkeeper Marty Turco play tonight for Red Bull. In last year he played for Chicago Blackhawks.
There won t be Schlacher and Davison for Salzburg tonight, while Medvescak is still without defender MacAulay.

The Bears tonight welcomes old rival Olimpia. These games are always a great to watch because there is great rivalry between these two teams. Medvescak still no victory on home ice against Olimpia this season, while away meetings both won 1:2 and 3:5.
Olimpia is also in great shape because secured play off in last game against Graz 99 and in Zagreb they come relaxed. Several players are injured in Olimpia Music, Taylor, Verlic and Ropert. However, the league most valuable player Hughes is ready and will play tonight.
In Medvescak defender Macalulay is questionable.
Tonight in Zagreb also comes a large number of slovenian fans (7 buses) which guarantees a great atmosphere and again 15 thousand fans.
Player agree on one thing, tonight will be a lot of goals, and will be a good match.
